Strengthening health systems
Conduct health systems assessments and strategic planning to inform strengthened policy development and implementation, and robust systems that optimize service access and uptake.

Designing sustainable programs
Work in partnership with people with lived experience, non-profit and/or non-governmental organizations, multi-lateral organizations, and donors to design health programs at the global, national, and regional levels.

Developing technical guidance and tools
Provide thought leadership to produce guidance such as policy and technical briefs, case studies, toolkits, and other resources that inspire and inform health and social service program implementation.

Advancing the evidence base
Work with teams to identify research questions, develop instruments, conduct quantitative and qualitative analysis, lead systematic reviews, and develop and publish peer-reviewed manuscripts that contribute to the evidence base.

Equipping public health and clinical practitioners
Develop training materials that equip public health practitioners, clinicians, and community health worker cadres to implement highly effective, sustainable programs and provide high-quality clinical care.

Develop training materials for diverse social welfare organizations to provide person-centered, high-quality social services, child protection, sexual and gender-based violence, and mental health care.
